Tofubi is a free games site, run from New Zealand. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, ask a parent to read them too.

Playing our games

Our games are free to play for fun. Please don't copy them, sell them, or put them on other websites or in other apps. The site and its games are paid for by ads, so please don't click on ads you aren't interested in, or get anyone else to.

Accounts

You need to be 13 or over to make an account. Pick a display name that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you're responsible for what's posted from your account. You can delete your account whenever you like.

Comments

Be kind. Don't post anything hateful, rude, threatening or sexual, don't bully anyone, don't share anyone's personal details (including your own), and don't spam or advertise. Anything you post is public. You keep the rights to what you write, and you let us show it on Tofubi for as long as it's up.

Be fair

Don't post results you didn't earn, whether by cheating, using bots or scripts, changing a game's code or using a bug. Don't try to break into the site, other people's accounts or our servers, and don't flood the site with requests or copy it with automated tools. If you find a bug that lets people cheat or get in where they shouldn't, please email us instead of using it.

What we can do

We can remove any leaderboard result we think was cheated, remove comments or change display names that break these rules, and suspend or delete accounts that break them, without warning if we need to.

Our content

The games, art, music, sounds, text and the Tofubi name and mascot belong to us or to the people who made them and let us use them. You can share links to Tofubi, and screenshots or videos of you playing, as long as you don't pretend they're yours or that we made or support anything we didn't.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Tofubi running and the games working, but we provide it as it is. Games can change, be removed, or stop working, the site can go offline, and leaderboards and saved progress can be reset or lost. Game progress is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data removes it.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using Tofubi, or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be taken away.

Other websites

Ads and some links take you to websites we don't run. We aren't responsible for what's on them.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll also put a notice on the site before it applies. Using Tofubi after a change means you accept the new terms.
